Yes. Jivahire’s AI analyzes video and audio responses to provide a detailed breakdown. It generates an overall score and individual scores for each question, along with AI-driven reasoning for its assessment.
Yes. All video and audio recordings are securely stored and available for authorized recruiters and hiring managers to review, share, and add notes to within the Jivahire platform at any time.
Yes. Our AI provides deep insights by scoring and generating reasoning for each individual question a candidate answers. It then calculates an overall score with a summary analysis. Based on this final score, candidates are automatically flagged into categories so you can quickly identify top performers and those who don't meet the requirements. The score ranges are:
- Reject (0 – 29.99)
- Weak (30 – 49.99)
- Acceptable (50 – 69.99)
- Good (70 – 89.99)
- Outstanding (90 – 100)
